Processing Time

Because almost all Noah’s Tales items are personalized and made-to-order, production begins within hours after your order is placed.

Personalized Items

  • Personalized products are created specially for you.

  • Production and shipping together take approximately:
    ✔ 10 business days from the date your order is placed.

This includes both production time and shipping time.

Regular Merchandise

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping adds an additional 3–8 business days depending on location.

Digital Products

  • Delivered instantly by email and do not require shipping.


Shipping Time

All physical products are printed and shipped by our third-party production partners through Printify.
Shipping times vary by product, location, and the production facility.


Tracking Information

After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).
Some international carriers may not provide full tracking updates.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • product type

  • destination

  • shipping method

  • Printify partner rates

You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes different types of products, they may ship from different Printify facilities and arrive separately.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please verify your address before submitting your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We cannot replace or refund orders sent to the wrong address.

  • If the carrier returns the item to the production partner, reshipping costs may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is controlled by the carrier.

Noah’s Tales is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not found

  • Stolen packages

If this happens, contact the carrier and email us at support@noahstales.com. We will do our best to assist.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email us at support@noahstales.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach a photo or video of the issue

Our print provider does not offer refunds, but they will reprint any verified defective item at no cost.


International Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.
These costs are not included and must be paid by the customer.
