If you notice a mistake right after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@noahstales.com. We’ll do our best to stop production if it hasn’t started yet. Once an order begins printing, we can’t make changes or cancel it.

We recommend JPG or PNG files under 30 MB. The higher the quality, the better your final product will look.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime using your order number.

Because each product is made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with a printing error. Please review sizing and personalization carefully before checkout.

Once we begin working on your personalized order, which begins within hours of you placing it, there are no refunds because we put a lot of time and invest in all of our tools to make your personalized product. If you’re not happy with it, let us know and we will do our best to rectify the issue and correct it for you.
